HOLDEN VL COMMODORE SS GROUP A 1987 ATCC – PETER BROCK #05

B182703G $275

Preorder Now

First up we have Peter Brock’s Holden VL Commodore SS Group A from the 1987 Australian Touring Car Championship in 1:18 scale. While the new VL didn’t see any podiums in 1987, it was a significant car due to Brock’s well-publicised split with the factory and the demise of the Holden Dealer Team. This was the last time he would drive a Holden in the ATCC until 1991.

HOLDEN VS COMMODORE – 1997 SANDOWN WINNER – HRT MURPHY/LOWNDES

B180402J $275  Sandown 500 on the door makes it different to other 1997 Models.

Preorder Now

Next up we have the 1997 Sandown 500-winning HRT Holden VS Commodore of Craig Lowndes and Greg Murphy, also in 1:18. After taking out the 1996 ATCC, Lowndes went to try his luck in Europe in 1997, while Murphy became a full-time driver for HRT, coming fourth in the ATCC. The drivers paired up again for the enduros though and while they crashed out of the Primus 1000 Classic at Bathurst, they took out the rain-interrupted Tickford 500 at Sandown.

We also have two classic 1:18 touring cars for Ford fans:

FORD EF FALCON DNF 1995 BATHURST 1000 – GSR #30 – SETON/PARSONS

B180501A $275

In 1995 Glenn Seton and David Parsons were leading The Great Race race by 7 seconds and only 10 laps from home when their EF Falcon dropped a valve and limped to a stop near The Cutting. A win would have been particularly serendipitous, as Seton’s father Bo had won the 1965 race and had helped build the engine up.

FORD EF FALCON 1996 BATHURST 1000 – CASTROL ELLERY/LONGHURST #25

B180501B $275

We will also be producing the 3rd-placed Castrol EF Falcon of Tony Longhurst and Steven Ellery from the 1996 Bathurst 1000, a great result after starting from back in 8th place on the grid.
